I’m Osman Chidi Akinyera — a nerd at heart who enjoys studying, problem-solving, and exploring how technology shapes the world around us.
I currently work as Team Lead, Network and Security, where I help design, secure, optimize enterprise IT environments and align network security with business outcome.

I’m endlessly curious as i read documentation, watch videos, lab often, and love spending time on the command line trying new tools and network configurations.

My professional development has been supported by several certifications, including:

  • CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System
  • Oracle and AWS Networking

I’m currently preparing for the CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure and CCDE.

Outside of work, I’m a Family man 👨‍👩‍👦 | Gamer 🎮 | Tech & Finance enthusiast 📈 | Geopolitics observer 🌍.
Growing up, my nicknames came from my favorite games: God of War, Devil May Cry, and Snake Eater, which inspired my online alias, ossniper.

I enjoy reading and discussing geopolitics, literature, and philosophy. My favorite books include Sons and Lovers, The English Patient, and Sherlock Holmes.
I’d describe myself as an introvert, but I truly value meaningful conversation with curious and articulate people.
